Failure to abide by the TOS as listed below results in forfeiting your rights to any artwork I have made for you, as well as results in the cancelling of any commissions I am in the process of making for you.✧⋄⋆⋅⋆⋄✧⋄⋆⋅⋆⋄✧
Pre/Mid Commission
✧⋄⋆⋅⋆⋄✧⋄⋆⋅⋆⋄✧First and foremost, I have the right to decline any commission, for any reason.
Work that is cancelled partway through for a reason that is my own will be fully refunded. Furthermore, commissions that haven't gotten to the sketch stage and wish to be cancelled will be fully refunded. If the commission has passed the sketch stage, you will be refunded 50% of the total payment.I, the artist, maintain the right to use/post your commissioned work as I decide, unless negotiated differently. My work is not permitted to be used commercially unless negotiated.I need to work with a photo reference of the subject. It doesn't matter if it's drawn, commissioned from another artist, made in a dollmaker-- Doesn't matter, but I cannot work off of solely a written description (That being said, photo + description is always good :3 )Generally, commissions are paid 50% upfront, and 50% at the lineart stage (Or, rough draft stage for sketch commissions). Exceptions can be made, but this is more or less saved for mutuals and oomfies. Hiiii <3Behaviour that is downright mean or bigoted will not be tolerated, and the commission will not be considered.If any of this behaviour is discovered partway through the commission process, the commission will not continue and you will not be refunded.WIP's are available upon request, and will most likely be sent anyways throughout the commission process. I'll send the WIP during the sketch and lineart process, and also after any requested changes.During the sketch process, I'll allow any changes you want-- I'd much prefer they be sent all at once, but at the end of the day I'm most focused on producing a piece you enjoy. At the lineart stage some changed can be made, but consider the piece generally finalized. Flat colours can be changed.Changes that are larger, such as outfit changes or major pose changes, will come with an extra charge after the first sketch WIP is sent.✧⋄⋆⋅⋆⋄✧⋄⋆⋅⋆⋄✧
Post-Commission
✧⋄⋆⋅⋆⋄✧⋄⋆⋅⋆⋄✧Claiming that my art is yours is clearly, not allowed.My art is not allowed to be funnelled into any AI program, at any point during the commission process- Including when the commission is over.Altering of the final art piece (Including the removal of watermarks, text changes, etc.) is not permitted. If given a piece with a transparent background, adding a background in (ie; Pride flag, pattern, etc.) is fine.
